Do I have to sign a contract?
NO. There are no contracts with us, we want all our customers to be happy with their service. You are free to cancel at any point in time without penalty. We realize budgets and situations may change without any notice.
Is the pesticide safe for my children or pets?
Yes! We use only eco-friendly chemicals and apply our treatments following the highest of industry standards. Almost all of our customers report that there is no smell however, there are those few who are more sensitive to smells and they may experience a minimal smell if any at all.
What if I have tenants?
That is no worry we can notify your tenant for you and advise them of what preparations if any are needed for the service to be completed.
